19 Aug I just went to Whole Foods to buy some milk to make ricotta with. I spied this organic milk from the Gort’s Gouda cheese farm and just had to try it. (Being on sale helped.) It looked so rich and creamy I just had to taste it, despite my dislike for drinking dairy. It was lovely. Hopefully the ricotta is just as good!
